RadRelay does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide medical advice. The platform is intended to facilitate the secure submission of imaging studies and the delivery of radiology reports within a clinical workflow.

User Verification and Use

Access to the platform is role-based. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of RadRelay complies with applicable professional standards, facility policies, and legal obligations. RadRelay does not assume responsibility for clinical decisions, clinical oversight, or patient management.

Emergency and Urgent Conditions

RadRelay is not an emergency service. If a patient may be experiencing an urgent or emergency condition, the clinic or treating team must immediately contact the appropriate emergency medical services and follow the local clinical escalation procedures that apply in your country.
