Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the RadRelay platform by clinics, radiologists, administrators, and other authorized users. By using RadRelay, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

RadRelay provides a cloud-based teleradiology workflow platform for submitting imaging studies, enabling authorized radiologists to review assigned studies, and generating and delivering radiology reports, including finalized PDFs.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• Users must use accurate registration information and maintain it where applicable.
• Access is role-based (clinic, radiologist, admin) and granted only to authorized persons.
• Users must keep login credentials confidential and prevent unauthorized use of their account.
• RadRelay may require verification or approval before enabling access to specific roles.

3. Clinic Responsibilities

• Clinics are responsible for ensuring they have lawful grounds to collect and submit patient data.
• Clinics must submit accurate information necessary for reporting (e.g., modality, body part, clinical history).
• Clinics must ensure patient data is handled confidentially within their facility and by their staff.

4. Radiologist Responsibilities

• Radiologists must be appropriately licensed and approved by RadRelay to access the platform.
• Radiologists may only access studies assigned to them and must maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Radiologists are responsible for the content of their reports and professional judgment applied.

5. Clinical Responsibility and Medical Disclaimer

RadRelay is a technology provider. Clinical decisions, patient management, and treatment remain the responsibility of the clinic and licensed healthcare professionals. Reports provided through RadRelay are intended to support clinical care and should be interpreted within the full clinical context.

6. Payments and Fees

• Clinic payments are processed through our payment processors — Hubtel (Ghana) and Payaza (international) — using the payment methods available for your country.
• Fees displayed at the time of payment are the fees applicable to that transaction.
• Where payment is confirmed as successful, the study may proceed in the workflow as configured.

7. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• upload unlawful, malicious, or unauthorized content
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• interfere with platform operations, security, or availability
• share patient data outside approved workflows or permissions
• misuse the platform in a way that could harm patients, clinics, radiologists, or RadRelay

8. Data Protection

RadRelay processes personal data and health data as part of its services. Use of the platform is subject to RadRelay’s Privacy Policy and internal safeguards designed to support compliance with the applicable data protection laws of your country.

9. Availability and Changes

RadRelay may improve, modify, or update features to maintain reliability, security, or compliance. We may also suspend access where necessary to protect users, data subjects, or platform integrity.

10. Suspension and Termination

RadRelay may suspend or terminate access where:

• there is a breach of these Terms or platform policies
• use threatens security, confidentiality, or operational integrity
• fraudulent activity or unauthorized access is suspected
• continued access would create unacceptable risk to patients or users

11. Limitation of Liability

RadRelay is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, RadRelay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, including third-party service interruptions, internet/network failures, or outcomes arising from clinical decisions made by users.

12. Intellectual Property

RadRelay and its logos, software, and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform except as permitted by law or written agreement.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where appropriate, we will post the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after updates signifies acceptance.
